1. Course and Class Enrollment
All enrollments on EDUS.lk involve access to proprietary course material and live instruction. As these are educational services, once a course or class has been accessed or attended, it is non-refundable.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if:
- The student cancels their enrollment within 48 hours of purchase and has not accessed any course materials or attended any sessions.
- A scheduled class was not delivered due to an instructor or platform error.
- Technical issues prevented access to the course, and no reasonable resolution could be provided.
3. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted through your EDUS.lk account or by contacting our support team.
- Refunds will be remitted to the same payment method used during purchase.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Access to course content or attendance of a live session has occurred.
- Cancellation requests submitted after the course start date or beyond the 48-hour window.
- Student dissatisfaction with course content or instructor, unless due to service failure.
5. Course Changes or Cancellations by EDUS.lk
If EDUS.lk cancels a class or course due to instructor unavailability, platform issues, or other valid reasons, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling.
